KEY PEOPLE

Mr. Luat Vu Ba

Founder

Mr. Luat has held senior management positions at corporations such as: Coca-Cola Vietnam, Masan Group, SC Johnson & Son, Techcombank, SPCT, Midea, SGP Holdings and AIG.

Currently, with the establishment of IBS Company, he focuses in advising Vietnamese companies about opportunities to cooperate with Global Enterprises to expand operations and develop in an new environment. He also helps Investors/Customers to find and develop suitable projects according to their business needs in the Vietnamese market.

He holds a Master's degree from OUM and a Bachelor's degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Mr. Tai Nguyen Vu Thien

Managing Director

Mr. Tai has held Sales management positions at Keppel Land Vietnam and River Thu Thiem.

He is in charge and responsible for setting up Business Strategy of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects; Search for customers, Offering projects; Seek to cooperate an opportunities with Real Estate Developers as well as manage IBS Land.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology

Mr. Cong Phan

Strategy & Invesment Director

Mr. Cong Phan had held various positions from Industrial Planning Engineer to Managers of specialized IT & ERP’s for Australian companies such as TRW, AWA, Cenovi, Glad Products, AWA Defence, BHP IT and later Senior Project Management Professionals for groups such as Origin Malaysia, Fujtsu Asia Singapore, and other groups in Vietnam such as Big C, Nguyen Kim, Thien Nam Hoa, ATAD and E&Y.

He is currently holding position Director of Strategy & Investment of IBS Consulting Company Vietnam.

He possessed Master Operation Management at University of Technology Sydney (UTS). and Certified APICS of American Production Inventory Society.

Mr. Hoang Tran Nhat

Legal Director

Mr. Hoang has held senior legal positions for domestic and foreign corporations such as SGP Holdings and CBI Law Firm.

Currently, Mr. Hoang is in charge of Project Legal Director to support IBS with legal proceduresand processes to complete projects. He is mainly responsible for approaching and negotiating with Customers on Legal procedures related to Investment in the Vietnamese market.

He holds a Master's degree from the University of Gloucestershire and a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Law.

Mr. Thanh Le Chi

Chief Accountant

Mr. Thanh has held Chief Accountant positions at MT Co. Ltd., International Smart Elegant VN Co., Ltd., Saigon Pharmaceutical Company (Sapharco), Pacific Airlines Corporation, Ben Nghe Ball Point Pen And Office Stationery .Ltd.

He is responsible for managing the Accounting department and reports related documents to authorized Government.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting.
